What To Expect
This trek goes mostly through the growing forest, minority villages and the Golden Mountain Range and is designed for moderately active people who love getting into the great outdoors. Our last stop is Ban Si Boun Khonkham Village, where you can relax and go swimming before going back to Luang Prabang.
Description
In the morning, we pick you up at your hotel and travel to the north on the route No. 13 Ban Khone Kham in about 1 hour. Crossing the Ou River, we start trekking through old forests and down the traditional hunting paths offers a rare insight into the unique culture and nature of the Pha Teung area. A picnic lunch is taken along the trail. After that, we trek to the Kular Cave, then go further to the last stop at Ban Si Boun Khonkham Village, which is located on Ou River bank. Here you can enjoy relaxing and swimming until we transfer you back to Luang Prabang. End trip at your hotel.
