Riding To Visit Luang Prabang - Private Tour

What To Expect

Visiting Luang Prabang by bicycle will give you completely different experiences about this city. You have the chances to see secret parts of Luang Prabang which are only visited by few tourists. We will not regret joining with us!

Description

In the morning, we meet you at your hotel and then start out bicycle tour. Firstly, we will visit the morning market to explore a distinctly Lao selection of goods. Next we will make our way to explore the Unexploded Ordnance (UXO) Museum - the headquarters of ordnance clearance operations. Here you can learn more about Lao’s difficult wartime past. Cross Nam Khan River on the old communist bridge, you will visit a local craft village where villagers weave, make mulberry papers and so on. We will take an upper road with a view of the city and swing down to an orphanage school where hundreds of neatly dressed children are given accommodation and opportunities to learn and care for themselves and each other. Coming to this school, you also visit a small gallery and the vegetable gardens managed by the children. After that, you will have lunch with local noodle and take a short rest. We then ride back to city center. End trip at your hotel approximately at 2:00pm.
